cocktail & dinner menu from Pago Pago - Honolulu, Hawaii & Colton, CA

Located at 2454 South Beretania Street in Honolulu, Club Pago Pago was one of Honolulu's many popular nightspots. This 1947 cocktail & dinner menu, though is it from the Honolulu location, mentions a 2nd restaurant on the mainland, in Colton, CA. I wonder if it may have been this mainland location of the Pago Pago where musician Paul Page played on and off for 10 years.
