breakfast & dinner menu from Niumalu Hotel - Waikiki, Hawaii

The Niumalu Hotel opened in 1928 in Waikiki. The hotel was purchased in 1954 by Fritz Burns & Henry Kaiser ( along with 8 acres of oceanfront property ) to build the Hawaiian Village Hotel.

This 1952 breakfast & dinner menu is from the Tapa Room at the Niumalu.
