Ruby Foo opened her first restaurant in Boston's Chinatown in the 1920's. After quick popularity, she opened Ruby Foo's Den in 1929. Throughout the war, the Den was a popular meeting spot for entertainment and sports celebrities. It soon was followed by her other restaurants in NY, Miami, Washington, and Providence, RI. This vintage dinner menu is from the Providence location, at the Crown Hotel.
