The El San Juan Hotel (built in 1958, renovated in 1999) is located in Old San Juan, at 6063 Isla Verde Avenue, Carolina, Puerto Rico.

This 1960's complimentary drink card welcomed a new hotel visitor with a free Fortaleza Cooler cocktail, & also supplied the recipe to make a gallon of it at home, with the tip "Can be kept in the refrigerator indefinitely"...
